HOW TO EMBRACE CHANGE

A personal reflection on the need of becoming AI ready and AI literate.

Change is inevitable. It is the essence of life, where everything is constantly evolving and adapting. Were we fully prepared for the advent of the internet, the e-book, or the smartphone? Probably not, but we learned to use them and benefit from them. The same is true for AI and Gen AI. They are here to stay, they are the future, and we all need to become AI ready and AI literate by being curious, willing to learn, and open to new ways of working.

I am excited to see what the future technological solutions will bring. I know that AI will enhance our lives, our work, and our creativity. But I also know that AI is not a magic bullet that will solve all our problems. We need to be aware of the ethical, social, and environmental implications of AI, and we need to collaborate with AI in a responsible and human-centric way.

That is why I am committed to learning more about AI, its applications, its limitations, and its potential. I want to be part of the change, not a passive observer or a reluctant follower.

The speed of change and evolution is greater than ever, and it will continue to increase. For that reason, I and all of us need to become AI ready and AI literate, and I invite you to join me on this journey.
