STENA BULK IN NEW JOINT VENTURE
Stena Bulk and Swiss Proman Shipping have initiated strategic collaboration. This collaboration involves the formation of a new joint venture in which Proman Shipping initially agrees to long-term charter and become half-owner in two new orders for IMOIIMeMAX MR vessels from GSI, under the company name Proman Stena Bulk Limited. Collaboration also involves investing in methanol as a fuel for reduced environmental impact. The two companies' shared values and ambitions create good conditions for collaboration.

STENA ESTRID SETS SAIL
What a journey it has been! Six years after initiating the next-generation ferries project for Stena Line, Stena Estrid is now finally ready. She is one of the five new E-Flexer ships that Stena Line has ordered in total. On November 15 Stena Line took
delivery of the Stena Estrid at the AVIC shipyard in Weihai. In the beginning of next year, she will be the first of the three new ships built for the Irish Sea to start operating on the Dublin-Holyhead route.

STENA RORO - SEVEN SHIPS IN PRODUCTION
After a very careful selection process, in 2016 Stena RoRo placed the first order for now a total of nine ships in the Stena E-Flexer RoPax class at the Chinese shipyard CMI Jinling Weihai Shipyard in northeast China. All ships are based on the same hull, but have been adapted to different customers' wishes and needs.

I'm proud when I take the ferry from Styrsö en route to Stena. Many in Gothenburg's southern archipelago have their livelihoods in fishing and shipping, and this is also where Stena has its roots. I am proud to be part of an organization that has a local history and global organization. I am also proud that we have “care” as one of our key words. But I am perhaps most proud of our long-term approach and our genuine commitment in everything we do.
