Sulphur Emission Control Area (SECA) for the Baltic Sea, North Sea and English Channel have allowed emissions of 0.1% sulphur since 2015, which will be decreased to 0.5% by 2020. Last year the IMO decided that the shipping sector needs to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. How do we accomplish this?
