An alumni meeting for participants from the Stena Leadership Program will be held in March and the leadership program Grow for middle management and specialists will start the following month. Alexa, Siri and Cortana. Probably names you have heard of and in some cases have used. They are all names of Chatbots transforming our way of working and interacting with our customers. A Chatbot is a computer program that simulates human conversation through voice commands or text chats or both. How can we then use this new technology within Stena? Stena Digital Transformation Lab created a proof of concept (PoC) together with Stena Fastigheter, using new technology in a new business through new way of working. This PoC was called Hom-E and was delivered beginning of September.

Stena’s most important asset and prerequisite for success in the future is its employees.
A comprehensive program is now being started up in order to make visible both skills and development potential in the Sphere. The program covers all employees in shipping, business administration and finance, starting at management level.
TAILOR-MADE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR CONTINUED SUCCESS
During the year, 120 managers and specialists at Stena AB will attend a global leadership pro-gram. The program, which is both a way of developing competence and making visible development potential, has been specially designed for Stena and is very much linked to business acumen.
